Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the Decode Your Love website and any coaching session you book through it. By booking a session or creating an account, you agree to them.
Coaching is not therapy
Decode Your Love provides relationship coaching — structured conversation aimed at helping you understand patterns in your relationships and make deliberate choices about them. It is not psychotherapy, counselling, or any form of mental health treatment, and Priya is not acting as a licensed mental health professional in these sessions. If you are in crisis or need clinical support, see our crisis support resources instead of, or alongside, coaching.
Who can book
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or book a session. By booking, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Bookings and payment
A session is confirmed once payment is received in full through Razorpay. Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms are set out separately on the Cancellation & Refunds page, which forms part of these terms.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information when booking and during intake.
- Join sessions on time and in a private setting appropriate for the conversation.
- Treat Priya and the platform with the same respect you would expect in return — abuse or harassment is grounds for ending the coaching relationship without a refund.
Confidentiality, and its limits
What you share in a session is treated as confidential and, where recorded as notes, encrypted at rest (see our Privacy Policy). Coaching does not carry the same legal privilege as licensed therapy. If Priya believes there is an imminent risk of serious harm to you or someone else, she may share relevant information with emergency services or a trusted contact you have named.
No guarantee of outcome
Coaching can support you in making sense of a relationship, but we cannot and do not guarantee any particular outcome for your relationship or circumstances.
Intellectual property
Articles, guides, and other content on this site belong to Decode Your Love or its licensors. You may read and share links to them; you may not republish them elsewhere without permission.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you in connection with the service is limited to the amount you paid for the session(s) giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Ending the relationship
You may stop booking sessions at any time. We may decline to offer further sessions to anyone where continuing would be inappropriate or unsafe, in which case any sessions already paid for but not yet taken are handled per the refund policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [GOVERNING JURISDICTION].

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version always applies. We will post material changes here.
